Payments
All prices on the redted website are in Australian dollars. Payment of invoices may be made by either bank deposit, cash on delivery or Paypal. International customers may only pay via Paypal. If bank deposit is your preffered option, please check this box in the checkout, and i will forward bank details to you via email invoice on completion of your transaction. Cash on delivery is also an option for those who live in Adelaide, and wish to save on postage by collecting items from markets by prior arrangement. If wishing to pay Via Paypal, your transaction will be completed using Paypal's secure site and a payment receipt will be forwarded to you by them. All personal details processed through the checkout will only be used for their intended purpose and personal details will not be disclosed to anybody else unless prior consent has been sought.
Postage Within Australia/NZ (Zone A)
All items are shipped using Australia Post regular shipping, however registered or express post is available at an extra cost per shipping bag. All purchases less than $70 in total will be sent using a $5.50 prepaid stachel and purchases over $70 will be shipped in a $9.60 stachel. Express/Registered post will be $7.70 for under $70 or $10.90 for over. Orders exceeding $250 will qualify for free postage. Red ted will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped, so if you are concerned in any way i suggest using registered or express post at all times. All items will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment unless you have been contacted to state otherwise.
International Postage
All packages sent internationally are done so using Australia Post shipping zones. When completing checkout you will be given three zones to choose from. Zone B, C or D. If you are unsure of which zone you fall into, please refer to this table or email me and i will email you a shipping quote. Packages are sent using regular air mail as this is the most reasonable cost available. Should for some reason, you require your parcel faster, please email me and i will notify you of charges involved. All shipping quotes are in Australian dollars. The table below shows you the amount you will pay per parcel for you respective zone based on how much you order equates to. Please note that red ted will not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages once posted from our premises. Unless contacted via email to state otherwise, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Returns Policy
Red ted will provide a repair, exchange or a refund to the value of the product/s purchased (excluding the postage fee) on items should they be faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown or not do what it is supposed to; provided you have the receipt and items are returned within a reasonable time.
Please choose carefully as red ted does not exchange or refund if you change your mind.

Please note that all products available on the red ted website are intended for playing in and not playing with . All care has been taken to ensure buttons, ribbons, and drawstrings used are secured well however, care must be taken around infants, toddlers and children.
